This quilt was made for the daughter of my first cousin (more like my sister). Ann will have a son in July and it will be the first grandchild for Janice. Covered with all sorts of things Western, Texas (A&M), and outdoors. Have this finished before their wedding quilt—only since July 1999.
I printed directions for some of the games on bleached muslin—then used crayons to make decorations—child-like drawings, including “I(heart)fun” freeway. This took so much time that I have put my grandkids to work making the other backs I need.
Not finished yet, but this one is for my husband and I. It has a lot more frogs—something my husband collects. Decided to try black and I think it works.
