Finally made the rag fur jacket (after having pattern and fabric for over a year). Wanted to wear it to a wedding in Indiana. Made it in purple/teal on a lighter color base and found I didn't like the light color showing through, so the day before the wedding I dyed the whole thing purple and it came out gorgeous!! Wore it over black velvet slacks with a black knit top. Sure received lots of compliments on it and it's in my suitcase as I'm leaving on Sunday for a two-week pilgrimage trip in Italy - can hardly wait!! Hope we have as great a time as you and your daughter did last Spring. Keep up your great newsletter.

PS: Here are ca couple of photos of me in my Rag Fur in Italy—one at the Trivi Fountain in Rome and one at the Vatican. (I knew exactly where you were as soon as I saw the pictures!> Even I in Italy people would come up and "touch" or comment—even a nun at the Vatican! It's so much fun to wear and was extremely comfortable on my trip. Buy the way, the trip was FANTASTIC!
